If you would like to delete your EHMA AI account and associated data, you can submit a request by following the steps below. We will process your request within 5 business days.
How to Request Account Deletion

Find your User ID — Open the EHMA AI app and locate your User ID in your account or profile settings.

Send an email — Compose an email to privacy@ehma.ai with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request for (your User ID)

Await confirmation — Our team will review your request and follow up within 5 business days to confirm the deletion of your account.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following actions are taken:
